《功夫乐翻天》讲述了一个酷酷的功夫男孩儿方乐天转学来到市立一中，因为爱抱打不平的性格，他意外结识了几个自称正在学武的朋友，并加入到他们的武馆——山椒武馆。武馆馆主痴迷武术，可学员的武术却弱到不能再弱。武馆成员面对濒临倒闭的武馆束手无策，但却坚守着古老而神圣的武学誓言。在友情的召唤下，方乐天与伙伴们坚守承诺，互帮互助，在拯救了武馆的同时，也不断面对成长中的困难与挑战，展开了一段认识自我、追求梦想的愉快励志的旅程。。该片讲述了普通女高中生日奈奈认识了来学校拍摄电影的男明星绫濑枫，两人发展出一段“灰姑娘”式的爱情的故事。。The story of a young group of siblings pretty much abandoned by their parents, surviving by their wits - and humor - on a rough Manchester council estate.
